Salon Policy

At Zidi's Inspiration, your satisfaction is our top priority. While I strive to ensure you leave the salon feeling beautiful and happy with your style, please note the following policies:

No Refunds: Once you leave the salon, if you are unsatisfied with your style, no refunds will be issued. I encourage open communication during your appointment to address any concerns whilst being styled.

Deposits for Appointments: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellations or rescheduling.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. However, after multiple cancellations, discretion may be used to determine if you can continue receiving services at my practice.

Communication: Please feel free to discuss any style preferences or concerns with me during your appointment. I’m here to help you achieve your desired look!
