    Please arrive with clean, dry hair to make the appointment go by faster. If you need help with washing, we offer a $50 add-on for wash.

  5. How do I maintain my braids?
    To keep your braids looking fresh, I recommend moisturizing your scalp, avoiding excessive tension, and wearing a satin scarf or bonnet at night.

  6. Can I book appointments for special occasions?
    Absolutely! I love creating stunning styles for weddings, events, or any special occasion. Be sure to book in advance to secure your spot.

  7. What is your cancellation policy?
    I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please refer to our policy for more details.

    Absolutely! If you prefer to use your own hair extensions, please let me know, and I can advise you on the best options for your style.

  12. Are there any age restrictions for services?
    I welcome clients of all ages. However, for children, I recommend booking appointments when they are comfortable sitting for the duration of the styling.

  13. What should I do if I experience issues with my braids after leaving?
    If you encounter any issues with your braids shortly after your appointment, please contact me within 48 hours so we can discuss the best solution. However, once you leave the salon no refunds are issued.

  14. Do you offer group bookings or services for events?
    Yes! I can do group bookings for events such as weddings or parties. Please contact me in advance to discuss details, pricing, and availability.

  15. What are your hours of operation?
    Zidi’s Inspiration is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 9 PM PST and Sundays from 1 PM to 9 PM. If you need styling outside of my regular business hours, please contact me via phone.
